The topic this month is the status of the residential housing market in Sanford and Lee County. We will have two presenters at this Public Policy Luncheon. Kathy Woodell\, the President-Elect of the Sanford Area Association of Realtors\, and Chet Mann\, Mayor of Sanford\, will be presenting on how our housing market has changed recently.\n\n\n\nThe luncheon will begin at 11:45 am at The Flame Steakhouse. Tickets for this event are on a first come\, first serve basis and can be purchased online or by calling the office at 919.775.7341. Tickets are $15 for Chamber Members and $20 for Non-Chamber Members.
