DESCRIPTION:Share A Coke with the newest members of our community on August 28\, 2017 at 8:30 am. \n\n\n\nSanford Coca-Cola Bottling Company\, refreshing the Sanford area since 1905\, will be acquired by Durham Coca-Cola Bottling Company effective August 26\, 2017\, continuing to operate as Sanford Coca-Cola\, a division of Durham Coca-Cola.\n\n\n\nDurham Coca-Cola Bottling Company is a privately held\, third generation\, family-owned Coca-Cola distribution company under the direction of M. Hager Rand\, Chairman and President. The Rand Family and the previous owner of Sanford Coca-Cola\, Charles Ingram\, are long-time friends and have served jointly on numerous Coca-Cola boards throughout the years.  \n\n\n\nBoth families are delighted with the announcement and look forward to refreshing the community for the next 100 years.
