During this month’s Public Policy meeting, we will learn about understanding military experience, how to translate military skills to the civilian workforce, dispel some myths, and discuss cultural differences.

Fort Bragg exits thousands of military personnel each year, and many Lee County employers have expressed an interest in how to tap into their talent. We will hear from Veterans ASCEND, which is an intentional hiring model to align military talent across businesses and organizations matched on skills, location and salary requirements.
