COVID-19: State and Local Information, paired with a success story!
Scott Mabry, Assistant Deputy Commissioner of the N.C. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Division, will be providing an update on OSHNC COVID-19 related activities, applicable standards, recommended exposure control practices and available outreach materials/assistance. He will also include statistical information from DHHS in regards to workplace related COVID-19 cases.
Heath Cain, Director of the Lee County Health Department will provide a brief “post-holiday” COVID status in reference to Lee County.
Lastly, we will hear from a local small business owner who has pivoted her business to thrive during the pandemic. Can you guess who it is? Tune in to this month’s Public Policy lunch to find out!
